Flagship program · 16 weeks
Train like it is measured. Because it is.
Sixteen weeks that start with a full workup and end with the same panel run again, so the only thing anyone argues about is the data. Built for people whose output is the product.
The idea
Most performance programs sell you a stack and a training split.
Both are guesses until somebody measures what your body is actually short of. Peak Performer opens with a comprehensive workup: blood, metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory and nutrient status. The plan is written from what comes back, not from a template with your name on it.
Nobody gets every pathway. If your results call for one targeted pathway, your provider picks it. If they do not, the program runs on the fundamentals, and at week sixteen we run the same panel again.

How it works
Assess. Build. Optimize. Perform. Re-test.
Phases run in a clinical order, not a convenient one. Your provider and coach adjust inside each one based on your numbers.
Assess
Full blood panel, body composition, metabolic and hormonal workup, plus your training load, sleep and injury history.
Build
Deficiencies corrected first, dosed from your labs. Protein, sleep window, training and recovery locked in with your coach.
Optimize
One pathway, metabolic or recovery, only when your results justify it. Adherence is the whole game here.
Perform and re-test
Peak for the target you set, then the same panel side by side and a plan for the next quarter.
The science, in plain English
Why fundamentals first, then one targeted pathway
Muscle is built from protein you actually eat
Training is the signal. Protein is the raw material. Without enough of it, the signal has nothing to build with.
Energy for short, hard efforts
Your muscles store a fast fuel called phosphocreatine for sprints and heavy sets. Topping those stores up lets you do a little more work each session.
Recovery happens asleep
Deep sleep is when growth hormone pulses and tissue repair peak. Cut it short and every other input underperforms.
What the research suggests
What we know, and how well we know it
Protein adds to training
A meta-analysis of 49 trials found extra protein increased muscle and strength gains from resistance training, leveling off near 1.6 grams per kilogram a day.
Creatine for high-intensity work
The International Society of Sports Nutrition calls creatine the most effective legal supplement for high-intensity exercise capacity and lean mass, and safe in healthy people.
More sleep, better output
In a small study of college basketball players, extending sleep improved sprint times and shooting accuracy by about 9%.
Performance peptides
Human evidence is limited and several are banned in tested sport at all times. Your provider decides if any pathway fits, and tested athletes get a peptide-free track.
How we grade the research. Stronger evidence means several controlled trials or a meta-analysis. Promising means some controlled trials with small or mixed results. Early research means small, lab or animal studies. Limited evidence means little or no independent research.
Who it is for
Built for people whose output is the product
Compete or train seriously
You want to know what is limiting you, not guess at it.
Run a demanding job
Your energy, recovery and focus are your business.
Are ready for four months
You will train consistently and track honestly for sixteen weeks.
- ✕You want a prescription and nothing else. We are an expensive way to get one.
- ✕You will not train consistently for four months. The program supports the work, it does not replace it.
- ✕You want guaranteed numbers. Nobody honest can promise those.
- ✕You compete under drug testing and will not talk about it up front.

Questions
What people actually ask
Why is this not covered by insurance?
Insurance pays to treat disease. This program measures and improves the health of a person who is not sick. Those are different things, and we will not code your care as something it is not.
I am drug-tested. What can I take?
Several pathways used in performance work are prohibited at all times under anti-doping rules. If you compete under testing, you run the athlete-safe track: diagnostics, foundation supplements, training and recovery targets and coaching, with a signed disclosure.
Do I have to change my training program?
No. We work with the training you already do and adjust load, recovery and nutrition around it. If it is working against your labs, we will say so.
What if my labs come back normal?
Then you paid for a very good answer, and the program becomes about optimizing instead of correcting.

Supervision and fine print. A licensed provider reviews your intake, decides whether any medication or peptide fits you, sets any dosing and can change or stop it at any time. This is a provider-supervised wellness program, not a treatment for any disease, and results vary. Programs open state by state as our supervising providers are confirmed.
