Provider-supervised programs
Peptide programs, built on your numbers.
Every program starts with testing, runs under a licensed medical provider and ends with a re-test. Peptides are one tool inside the plan, never the whole plan.
How every program works
Test. Plan. Supervise. Re-test.
Test first
A diagnostic intake before anything else: labs, and depending on the program, genetics, gut and body composition.
Provider review
A licensed provider reviews your results and decides whether a peptide or medication fits you at all. Dosing is always their call.
Supervised and coached
Scheduled check-ins, coaching and a weekly community call, with everything tracked in the app.
Re-test
At the end of the program we test again, so you see what moved and decide the next step on real numbers.
The six programs
Pick the goal. The testing picks the tools.
Every program below is a framework, not a fixed bundle. What you actually receive depends on your testing and your provider.
Also: Cognition, Mood and Sleep. A 6-week foundation cycle, sleep first, then mood and stress, then focus and drive. It runs on its own or before any program above. See the program →
Safety first
The three tiers, and the one we never use
FDA-approved
Prescription medicines made to drug standards, with lot numbers and pharmacy packaging.
Compounded by a licensed pharmacy
Prepared by a licensed pharmacy for one patient under a prescriber’s order.
Research only. Never.
Sold online as not for human consumption, with no verified purity and no oversight. We do not use it, ever.
Why this matters to us. Michael learned it the hard way. On his way from 450 pounds to more than 90 pounds down, he ended up in the emergency room from research grade vials. That is why every program here runs on Tier 1 or Tier 2 only, under a provider.
Clinical supervision
A licensed provider runs the medical side
We handle the testing, the coaching and the tracking. The medical decisions belong to a licensed provider.
Your intake, reviewed
A provider reviews your history, medications and labs before any program starts.
Their call, not ours
Your provider decides whether a peptide or medication fits, sets any dosing and can change or stop it at any time.
Checked along the way
Check-ins during the program and a re-test at the end, reviewed with you.
Where programs are open. Peptide programs open state by state as our supervising providers are confirmed. In Georgia they open once our Georgia medical provider is in place. Join the list and we will tell you when your state opens.
The fine print, in plain English. These programs are provider-supervised frameworks, not proven treatments, and results vary from person to person. Many peptides are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed here. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and no program is sold without a provider’s review.
