Extended program · 16 weeks
Sixteen weeks for the ones six will not fix.
Our deepest program, for people who never fully bounced back after a long illness or keep getting knocked down. Full workup, staged support, re-test at sixteen weeks.
The idea
Some people correct what was low and feel better. Others do not.
For the second group, the driver was never a single deficiency. This program adds the most complete workup we run, a longer staged plan and a decision tree instead of a bundle, because supporting the wrong pathway in the wrong person can set them back.
Many people who arrive here have been told it is all in their head. The weekly community call is often the first place they feel understood, and the coaching is as important as anything clinical.

How it works
Four phases of four weeks each
Phases run in a clinical order, not a convenient one. Your provider and coach adjust inside each one based on your numbers.
Assess and stabilize
Our most comprehensive intake. The first job is building capacity, not driving change.
Clear
Address what your testing found, under direct provider supervision. A mid-point check at week 8 shapes the next phase.
Recalibrate
Repair the gut and calm the nervous system, so the immune system settles instead of running hot.
Integrate
Pacing, energy management and trigger awareness, then a full re-test and a long-term plan.
The science, in plain English
Why this takes months, not weeks
Chronic inflammation
An immune system stuck on alert keeps inflammatory signals high, which drains energy and slows recovery.
The gut and immunity
Most of your immune tissue lines your gut. Repairing the gut barrier is part of calming the whole system.
The nervous system
Long-term stress and a nervous system stuck in fight or flight change how the immune system behaves. That is why pacing and coaching run all sixteen weeks.
What the research suggests
What we know, and how well we know it
Stress and the immune system
A meta-analysis of 30 years of research found chronic stress linked to broad changes in immune function.
Chronic inflammation matters
A 2019 Nature Medicine review links chronic inflammation to many of the most common chronic diseases.
Gut barrier repair
Research on repairing the gut barrier is promising but early in humans.
Multi-phase immune programs
A program like this has not been tested in a trial. That is why we measure at the start, the middle and the end.
How we grade the research. Stronger evidence means several controlled trials or a meta-analysis. Promising means some controlled trials with small or mixed results. Early research means small, lab or animal studies. Limited evidence means little or no independent research.
Who it is for
Built for people who never fully bounced back
Have been sick for months
After an illness that never quite finished.
Keep getting knocked down
One thing after another, slower recovery each time.
Have been dismissed
And are ready to do this in a structured, supervised way.
- ✕You have not had a recent workup. Start with the six-week Resilience program. It costs less and answers whether you need this.
- ✕You have a diagnosed condition under active treatment. We work alongside your care team, not instead of it.
- ✕You want every pathway supported at once. That is the most likely way to make a flare worse.

Questions
What people actually ask
Why is this not covered by insurance?
Insurance pays to treat disease. This program measures and improves the health of a person who is not sick. Those are different things, and we will not code your care as something it is not.
How is this different from the six-week program?
Scope and order. Six weeks corrects what is low. Sixteen adds gut analysis, a longer staged plan and a decision tree, for when the answer was never one low number.
Should I do the six-week program first?
Usually, yes, unless you have a recent full workup. It costs less and tells us whether this is warranted.
Why not support everything at once?
Because stimulating the wrong pathway can make a flare worse. Support is added in order, with your response reviewed before each step.

Supervision and fine print. A licensed provider reviews your intake, decides whether any medication or peptide fits you, sets any dosing and can change or stop it at any time. This is a provider-supervised wellness program, not a treatment for any disease, and results vary. Programs open state by state as our supervising providers are confirmed.
