Targeted program · 12 weeks

Find out what is actually on fire.

Twelve weeks aimed at the inflammation and gut findings your annual physical does not look for. Measured at the start, corrected in order, measured again at the end.

The idea

Your labs are fine. You are not.

Chronic low-grade inflammation does not cause a fever or a rash. It causes a slow erosion of energy, sleep, joints, focus and metabolism, often for years before anything gets a diagnosis. Standard panels were built to catch disease, not to explain why you feel this way.

This program measures the markers that track chronic inflammation, like hs-CRP, homocysteine, ferritin and gut function, and works through them in an order that matters. Gut repair comes first, because a lining that is not absorbing makes everything else expensive.

Inflammation iceberg: symptoms above the waterline, measurable drivers below

How it works

Three phases of about four weeks each

Phases run in a clinical order, not a convenient one. Your provider and coach adjust inside each one based on your numbers.

Weeks 0 to 4

Measure and calm

The full intake: inflammation panel, gut barrier markers, food sensitivity where indicated and your exposure history. Gut repair begins.

Weeks 4 to 8

Target

Support aimed at what your testing found, chosen by your provider. Sleep and stress work intensifies, because no supplement replaces them.

Weeks 8 to 12

Consolidate and re-test

Taper toward a maintenance plan you can live with, then re-run the full panel against your baseline.

The science, in plain English

Why inflammation is worth measuring

01

A slow alarm

Inflammation is your immune system’s alarm. Short bursts heal you. An alarm that never switches off wears tissue down.

02

The gut is a big source

When the gut lining is leaky, bits of food and bacteria cross into the blood and keep the alarm ringing.

03

Stress feeds it

Chronic stress keeps stress hormones and inflammatory signals elevated, which is why coaching is part of the program, not an extra.

What the research suggests

What we know, and how well we know it

Stronger evidence

Inflammation predicts risk

In about 28,000 women, CRP predicted first heart attacks and strokes more strongly than LDL cholesterol.

Stronger evidence

A common thread in chronic disease

A 2019 Nature Medicine review links chronic inflammation to the diseases behind more than half of deaths worldwide.

Stronger evidence

Stress changes the immune system

A meta-analysis of 30 years of research found chronic stress linked to broad changes in immune function.

Early research

A multi-step reset lowers markers

The individual steps have research behind them. A 12-week program like ours has not been tested in a trial, which is why we re-test you.

How we grade the research. Stronger evidence means several controlled trials or a meta-analysis. Promising means some controlled trials with small or mixed results. Early research means small, lab or animal studies. Limited evidence means little or no independent research.

Who it is for

Built for people who know something is off

If you

Were told your labs are fine

But you know, from how you feel, that something is not.

If you

Hit a plateau

A stalled metabolism is often an inflammation ceiling.

If you

Want to measure it

And see real movement on the panel, not just feel it.

Not the right fit if
  • ✕You are in an acute flare, infection or recent injury. That needs different care first, and we will refer you.
  • ✕Your doctor is working up an autoimmune disease. Finish that first.
  • ✕You want one product for a multi-system problem.

Questions

What people actually ask

Question

Why is this not covered by insurance?

Insurance pays to treat disease. This program measures and improves the health of a person who is not sick. Those are different things, and we will not code your care as something it is not.

Question

My doctor says my labs are normal. Why would this find anything?

A standard panel looks for disease. This one looks for patterns. hs-CRP, homocysteine, vitamin D, ferritin and a gut analysis are rarely run together, and the answer is usually in how they interact.

Question

Is this a food allergy program?

No. A sensitivity screen is used when it helps, but the program is built around inflammation markers and gut function, not cutting foods forever.

Question

Some supplements thin the blood. Is that a problem?

It can be, and it is screened for. If you take a blood thinner, have a bleeding disorder or have surgery coming up, your plan is built differently. That is why a provider doses it, not a website.

Supervision and fine print. A licensed provider reviews your intake, decides whether any medication or peptide fits you, sets any dosing and can change or stop it at any time. This is a provider-supervised wellness program, not a treatment for any disease, and results vary. Programs open state by state as our supervising providers are confirmed.
