Laboratory Panels
“I feel off” is not something we can track. A marker is. Comprehensive blood work turns how you feel into numbers we can move, then re-test to prove they moved.
What we run
Four families of markers
Energy & glucose
Fasting glucose, insulin, HbA1c and a full lipid panel, the layer that drives daily energy and long-term risk.
Thyroid & sex hormones
Full thyroid panel, testosterone, estradiol, DHEA and cortisol rhythm, the levers behind mood, sleep and body composition.
Inflammation load
hs-CRP, homocysteine and related markers, the signal that explains why recovery and cognition feel blunted.
Micronutrient status
Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin and magnesium, so any supplement in your plan is answering an actual deficit.
The baseline
The four baseline domains
Every protocol starts with the basics: test, analyze, optimize, reassess. You can’t optimize what you don’t measure.

How it works
Draw, review, act, re-test
Draw
A licensed phlebotomist draws at the center or at your home for $149. One visit collects blood, stool and urine for everything ordered. Fasted, about 20 minutes.
Review
We walk your results with you in plain language, what is optimal, not just what is “in range.”
Act
Your protocol targets the markers that are actually off, nutrition, training, recovery, supervision.
Re-test
Same panel at 90 days. The comparison is the whole point, proof, or a correction.
What you get back
Sample labs. Real insight.
Every flagged marker comes with a plain-English note: what it means, what commonly drives it, and whether it is worth acting on. How to read your results without panic.
Labs don’t lie. They just provide data. The goal isn’t perfect numbers, it’s progress over time.
Educational note. Lab panels are used here to personalize wellness programs. Results are reviewed with you for optimization purposes and are not a diagnosis. Bring anything clinically significant to your physician.
