Some tests are ordered and reviewed by a licensed provider, and the genetic tests need your signed consent. Where a provider is required, that test opens in your state once our supervising provider is in place.

The cadence

One complete cycle, four times a year

The 90 day loop: assess, act, re-test, compare, then start the next cycle

Why every 90 days? Ninety days is long enough for a protocol to move your markers and short enough to fix what is not working. It is the cadence the whole program is built around, and the app reminds you when your re-test is due. Medication Match and Inherited Risk are one time genetic tests. They are never repeated.
