Short program · 6 weeks

Six weeks. One question: what is depleted?

A short, focused test and correct cycle for people who are run down, catch everything and recover slowly. With a re-test at the end, so you are not guessing.

The idea

Immune support is one of the emptiest phrases in wellness.

Almost everything sold under it is a generic blend aimed at nobody in particular. This is the opposite: six weeks that measure nutrient status, inflammation markers and the things that track immune function, correct what is low, and measure again.

Short on purpose. It is a way to find out quickly whether this is your issue, not a commitment to a whole season.

Immune Resilience 6 week timeline, run twice a year

How it works

Three phases, two weeks each

Phases run in a clinical order, not a convenient one. Your provider and coach adjust inside each one based on your numbers.

Weeks 1 to 2

Test and stabilize

A focused immune and nutrient panel, plus your illness pattern, recovery time, sleep and stress. Correct what is low first.

Weeks 3 to 4

Rebuild

Sleep, stress and the everyday inputs that move immune markers more than anything in a bottle. Provider-chosen support only where the findings call for it.

Weeks 5 to 6

Re-test

The same markers, side by side, and a clear call on whether to stop here or step up.

The science, in plain English

What actually moves immune function

01

Nutrients it runs on

Your immune cells need vitamin D, zinc and other nutrients to do their job. Running low weakens the response.

02

Sleep is immune time

During sleep your body produces and distributes many of its immune cells. Short sleep leaves you more exposed.

03

Stress turns it down

Long-term stress hormones dampen parts of the immune system, which is why stress work is part of the plan.

What the research suggests

What we know, and how well we know it

Stronger evidence

Vitamin D, if you are low

Across 25 trials and 11,321 people, vitamin D modestly lowered respiratory infections, with the biggest benefit in people who were deficient.

Promising

Sleep and catching colds

Adults sleeping under six hours were about four times more likely to catch a cold after exposure to the virus.

Stronger evidence

Stress and immunity

A meta-analysis of 30 years of research linked chronic stress to broad changes in immune function.

Limited evidence

Immune peptides

Human evidence is limited and none are FDA-approved for this use. Your provider decides if anything beyond the basics fits.

How we grade the research. Stronger evidence means several controlled trials or a meta-analysis. Promising means some controlled trials with small or mixed results. Early research means small, lab or animal studies. Limited evidence means little or no independent research.

Who it is for

Built for healthy people who want a stronger baseline

If you

Catch everything

And take longer to bounce back than you used to.

If you

Travel or work hard

High exposure, heavy seasons, lots of people.

If you

Just recovered

From an illness and want a full recovery, not a partial one.

Not the right fit if
  • ✕You have an active infection or an immune condition under a doctor’s care. Finish that first.
  • ✕You want something to take without knowing why.
  • ✕You want a guarantee you will never get sick. Nobody can honestly sell that.

Questions

What people actually ask

Question

Why is this not covered by insurance?

Insurance pays to treat disease. This program measures and improves the health of a person who is not sick. Those are different things, and we will not code your care as something it is not.

Question

Why only six weeks?

Long enough for nutrient correction to show up in your bloodwork, short enough that you are not committing to something that may not be your issue.

Question

Can this make an autoimmune condition worse?

It could, which is why it is screened for at intake and why support follows a decision tree, not a fixed bundle.

Question

What if I need more than six weeks?

Immune Restoration is the sixteen-week program. Your testing carries over, so you do not start from zero.

Supervision and fine print. A licensed provider reviews your intake, decides whether any medication or peptide fits you, sets any dosing and can change or stop it at any time. This is a provider-supervised wellness program, not a treatment for any disease, and results vary. Programs open state by state as our supervising providers are confirmed. Nothing on this page is medical advice.
