Foundation cycle · 6 weeks

The body cannot heal what the brain cannot hold.

Six weeks for the operating system: sleep first, then mood, then focus. It runs on its own or before any of our larger programs.

The idea

Most people blame their willpower. It is usually their sleep.

You cannot follow a plan from inside a fog. You cannot make the food choices, remember the schedule or show up to the call as yourself. Clear thinking, stable mood and real sleep are what every other program depends on.

So we fix them in order. Sleep first, every time. Then the low hum of stress most people never name. Then focus and drive, on a rested, calm brain.

Cognition, Mood and Sleep in three stages: sleep, mood, focus

How it works

Three stages, two weeks each

Phases run in a clinical order, not a convenient one. Your provider and coach adjust inside each one based on your numbers.

Weeks 1 to 2

Sleep

A fixed wake time, morning light, screens out of the bedroom and a real wind down, plus provider-chosen support if needed.

Weeks 3 to 4

Mood and stress

Once sleep is moving, we work on the anxiety and stress load, with your coach leading.

Weeks 5 to 6

Focus and drive

Attention, working memory and motivation, built on a rested brain. Then continue, pause, or roll into a larger program.

The science, in plain English

Why the order matters

01

Sleep cleans the brain

During deep sleep, fluid moves through the brain and clears out waste that builds up while you are awake.

02

Tired brains overreact

Without sleep, the brain’s alarm center fires harder and the part that calms it loses its grip. Mood follows.

03

Focus comes last

Asking for focus on five hours of sleep and a stressed nervous system asks one tool to do everyone else’s job.

What the research suggests

What we know, and how well we know it

Early research

Sleep clears waste

In mice, the space between brain cells expanded by about 60% during sleep and waste cleared faster. Human research is ongoing.

Promising

Sleep loss and emotion

After one night without sleep, people’s emotional brain reacted about 60% more to negative images.

Limited evidence

Cognitive peptides

None are FDA-approved for cognition, mood or sleep, and human evidence is limited. Your provider decides if anything beyond sleep and coaching fits.

How we grade the research. Stronger evidence means several controlled trials or a meta-analysis. Promising means some controlled trials with small or mixed results. Early research means small, lab or animal studies. Limited evidence means little or no independent research.

Who it is for

Built for people whose bottleneck is upstairs

If you

Sleep badly

And wake up tired no matter what.

If you

Carry a constant hum

Of stress or anxiety you stopped noticing.

If you

Are starting a bigger program

And suspect your operating system is part of what got you here.

Not the right fit if
  • ✕You are in a mental health crisis. You need a psychiatrist or crisis care, not a wellness program, and we will say so plainly.
  • ✕You want a pill for focus without fixing sleep.
  • ✕You have a diagnosed sleep disorder that is not being treated. Start there.

Questions

What people actually ask

Question

Why is this not covered by insurance?

Insurance pays to treat disease. This program measures and improves the health of a person who is not sick. Those are different things, and we will not code your care as something it is not.

Question

Can I do this at the same time as another program?

Yes. Many people run it first, or underneath a larger program, because it makes everything after it easier.

Question

Is this an antidepressant replacement?

No. It is not a treatment for depression or anxiety disorders. If you are on medication, keep working with your prescriber.

Question

What if six weeks is enough?

Then you continue on maintenance habits, or pause and reassess in four weeks.

Supervision and fine print. A licensed provider reviews your intake, decides whether any medication or peptide fits you, sets any dosing and can change or stop it at any time. This is a provider-supervised wellness program, not a treatment for any disease, and results vary. Programs open state by state as our supervising providers are confirmed. Nothing on this page is medical advice.
