Wellness Modalities

Educational overview of the wellness modalities offered by Einstein & Arnold. This information is for general education only and is not medical advice.

Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation)

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light delivered to the skin and tissues. It’s a non-invasive, drug-free session where you relax in front of a light panel. People commonly explore it as part of a wellness and recovery routine. Sessions are comfortable and typically last around 10–20 minutes.

HOCATT (Ozone Steam Sauna)

The HOCATT is a personal steam chamber that combines gentle heat with several wellness technologies in one session while your head stays outside the chamber. It’s a popular “all-in-one” relaxation and recovery experience. A trained team member sets your session parameters and guides you through it.

Hyperbaric Chamber (HBOT)

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves resting inside a pressurized chamber while breathing oxygen-enriched air. The increased pressure is used in wellness settings to support recovery and relaxation. Sessions are calm and quiet — many people read, listen to music, or nap.

IV Therapy with Ozone

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream, and some protocols incorporate ozone. Because this is an invasive medical procedure, it is performed only by qualified, licensed clinical staff after appropriate screening.

NanoVi

NanoVi produces a humidified airflow that you breathe in through a simple nasal device during a relaxed session. It’s used as a gentle, non-invasive addition to a wellness and recovery routine, and can be done while you sit and unwind.

BioCharger NG

The BioCharger is a wellness device that transmits energy through the surrounding environment — you simply sit or stand nearby during a short session. It’s a hands-free, non-contact experience often chosen for relaxation and daily wellness support.

Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm your body directly rather than just heating the air, so sessions feel gentler than a traditional sauna at lower ambient temperatures. It’s a relaxing way to unwind and work up a light sweat. Bring water and plan for around 30–45 minutes.

Cold Plunge

A cold plunge is a short, controlled immersion in cold water, popular as part of contrast and recovery routines. Sessions are brief — often just a few minutes — and a team member helps you ease in safely.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage uses gentle, rhythmic techniques (manual or device-assisted, such as compression) to encourage natural circulation and relaxation. It’s a soothing, low-intensity session that pairs well with other recovery modalities.

A vibration plate is a platform that delivers gentle whole-body vibration while you stand, stretch, or perform simple movements. Sessions are short and low-impact, and are popular as a warm-up or a light-movement add-on.

EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation & Ozonation)

EBOO is an advanced ozone-based procedure in which blood is circulated through a filtration system, oxygenated/ozonated, and returned. Because it is an invasive medical procedure, it is performed exclusively by qualified, licensed clinical staff following thorough screening.
